美國Geophysical Survey Systems, Inc. (GSSI) 
美國GSSI是目前世界上最好的生產地質雷達的廠家，它的產品遍布全球，目前超過1800套，占全球銷量80%以上，在中國200余套，占中國市場份額的75%以上。
創始于1969年的美國地球物理探測公司（GSSI公司），是世界上第一家專業研制探地雷達的公司，其前身為美國宇航局。隨著60年代末期美國宇航局專門為阿波羅計劃所研制的專用儀器，成功地探測到月球表面塵埃之后，世界上第一臺進入民用的商用探地雷達得以在美國推出，它就是美國GSSI公司生產的SIR系列探地雷達的前身。它用電磁波為地質勘察服務，為勘察方法起到了革命性的推動作用。1990年GSSI公司兼并給OYO公司，使得其具有了雄厚的資金和進一步研究開發的前景。
