中國心臟大會, CHC  ,China Heart Congress 
由中華醫(yī)學會和國家心血管病中心共同主辦的2012中國心臟大會-國際心血管麻醉會議暨第八屆國際華人心血管麻醉論壇，于2012年8月9-12日在北京國家會議中心舉行。中國心臟大會的前身為北京國際心血管病論壇，因國家心血管病中心的成立而于2010年改為中國心臟大會。衛(wèi)生部部長陳竺在2010年中國心臟大會上向國內外正式宣布國家心血管病中心的成立。衛(wèi)生部賦予國家心血管病中心的任務是：1、制定全國心血管病防治規(guī)劃，開展有關心血管病政策研究，編制防治指南、規(guī)范、有關標準。建立涵蓋相關專業(yè)、國內外專家的高水平的學術委員會。2、建立國家重要心血管病及其環(huán)境和行為危險因素的人群監(jiān)測和隨訪信息系統(tǒng)，進行年度情況分析，發(fā)布防治報告，預測未來的發(fā)病、死亡、疾病負擔、危險因素流行和發(fā)展趨勢。3、構建心血管病的防治網(wǎng)絡，示范推廣適宜有效的防治技術和措施，探索健康管理服務模式。4、開展心血管病的基礎、臨床、預防和管理的培訓活動，推動國際交流，開展學術活動。

此次國際心血管麻醉會議暨第八屆國際華人心血管麻醉論壇的宗旨是：落實國家心血管病中心的任務，開展國內外的學術交流，努力提高我國的心血管麻醉、體外循環(huán)和圍術期管理水平。國際心血管麻醉會議暨第八屆國際華人心血管麻醉論壇與中國心臟大會同時舉行，是中國心臟大會重要的組成部分。與會者將共同分享來自海內外頂級心血管病麻醉與圍術期管理專家們精湛的學術講座，同時還可以針對專業(yè)和學術需要，領略心臟內外科、基礎與臨床等多方面學術內容，飽嘗近年來心血管學術領域的最新成就。本次大會報告的形式有：知識更新、論文報告、壁報交流和病例討論。本次會議為中華醫(yī)學會I類學術會議，記Ｉ類學分10分。

It gives me great pleasure to invite you to the China Heart Congress 2012 (CHC2012), organized by the Chinese Medical Association (CMA) and the National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases, China (NCCDC), to be held from 9th to 12th August 2012 at China National Convention Center, Beijing, China.
The CMA is the largest non-governmental organization in medical field in Chinawith a mission to promote the development of medical science and practice. The NCCDC is the leading national institution on the research, prevention and care of cardiovascular diseases in China. By organizing China Heart Congress, the two organizations aim to create a national platform for exchanges on the latest developments in the basic and clinical research of cardiovascular diseases, and enhance the prevention and care of cardiovascular diseases in China. The theme of the congress is “Healthy Heart·Better Life—Prevention, Translation and Cooperation”. The scientific program will cover a wide array of topics ranging from epidemiology and prevention to state-of-the-art technologies and therapies, and will incorporate plenary and state-of-the-art special lectures, free communications, live demonstrations, training courses, etc. We expect to be joined by more than 7,000 participants from all around Chinaand abroad.
