張江生物醫藥基地 張江藥谷
國家上海生物醫藥科技產業基地——張江生物醫藥基地位于上海張江高新技術產業開發區的核心園張江高科技園區,基地重點集聚和發展生物技術與現代醫藥產業領域創新企業,被譽為“張江藥谷”。
基地始建于1994年,由國家科技部、國家衛生部、國家食品藥品監督管理局與上海市人民政府1996年在人民大會堂簽署共建協議,并且中國科學院也在1996年加入共建協議,加快實施發展生物技術與現代醫藥產業的新興科技產業戰略。
上海張江生物醫藥基地開發有限公司承擔基地的開發運營、集成服務和科技投資工作。經過十余年的發展,作為上海國家生物產業基地、國家科技興貿創新基地、國家醫藥出口基地的核心區,基地內集聚國內外生命科學領域企業、科研院所及配套服務機構400多個,形成了完善的生物醫藥創新體系和產業集群,已成為國內生物醫藥領域研發機構最集中、創新實力最強、新藥創制成果最突出的基地之一。
State Biotech Pharmaceutical industrial base (Shanghai)-----Zhangjiang Biotech and Pharmaceutical base is located in Zhangjiang High-Tech Park, the core park of the Shanghai Zhangjiang High and New-tech Industrial Development Zone. The base focuses on the centralization and development of innovative enterprises in the field of biotechnology and modern pharmaceutical industries, and is known as ‘Zhangjiang Pharmaceutical Valley’.
The base was founded in the year of 1994, and the joint development agreement was signed in the Great Hall of the People by the State Ministry of Science and Technology, the State Ministry of Health, the State Food and Drug Administration, China Academy of Science and Shanghai Municipal Government in 1996. It aimed to speed up the implementation and development of emerging technology industrial strategy of biotechnology and modern pharmaceutical industries.
The development operations, integration services and technology investment work of the base are committed by Shanghai Zhangjiang Bio-Pharmaceutical Base Development Co., Ltd. After more than 10 years of development, as the core district of Shanghai National Bio-Industry Base, National Science and Technology Commercial Innovation Base and National Pharmaceutical Export Base, it has gathered more than 400 companies, research institutes and related service institutions both home and abroad in the field of life science, and formed a comprehensive bio-pharmaceutical innovation system and industrial clusters. In the domestic bio-pharmaceutical field, it’s one of those most concentrated research and development institutions with the most powerful innovation technology and the most prominent invention of new drugs.
