The RePneu LVRC is implanted through a bronchoscope in a simple and short procedure, under conscious sedation or general anesthesia, using a proprietary Delivery System. Patients are generally able to return home the next day.

Improvement in lung function is often felt within hours after the procedure and patients generally continue to improve in pulmonary function, physical endurance and activities of daily living over several months post procedure.
